Daffina is a family-owned company based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The line was founded in 2012 by a Sierra Leonean-American, Daffina, who has a love for fashion, and a keen eye for bold and vibrant African fabrics and textiles. Travels to Africa, a Sierra Leonean cultural upbringing, and the love for African fabric are the inspiration behind the Daffina brand. The Daffina team personally hand-picks all fabrics to develop unique accessories, home goods and novelties.  All products are handmade with batik and wax prints imported from various parts of Africa.  In Swahili, “Daffina” means high worth. Our company takes pride in developing quality statement pieces that will enhance your homes and compliment your style.
