A fresh, innovative, music group originating from Upstate, NY, The Upstate Cats create feel good music that is very satisfying to the musical appetite in all of us. They are a Hip Hop/Reggae group that fully represents what the Upstate, NY sound is all about. Creating soulful hip hop infused with feel good Dancehall Reggae rhythm and vibes along with a smooth glaze of R&B. They have worked with countless well known artists and individuals in the entertainment industry, and their work has been featured on BET, MTV, VH1, Spike TV, soundtracks, movie scores, and other types of media projects. Though known for their creativity and music production in the past, they are now putting the face to the name and bringing their skills and talents on wax and to the stage for all to see and hear. Their official debut single is set to drop in 2015 through VPal Music(<–Click to view), a subsidiary of the legendary and history making record label VP Records(<–Click to view). While their sound is very upbeat, it’s their pure talent and down to earth personalities that have allowed them to work with Grammy nominated producers, music engineers, actors, actresses, and film producers while their business acumen has allowed them to work with business moguls in finance, fashion, as well as various political leaders.
