Krug’s Tavern is located in the heart of Newark’s Historical IronBound Section. We have been Family owned and Operated since 1932! We serve fresh homemade fare that is both,  well priced and delicious. Our hearty or “Oversized” sandwiches as some may call are made with only the choicest meats. All of our breads are freshly baked and made for us under strict standards. Krug’s Tavern creates uniquely satisfying Seafood plates that are topped with our unique homemade and secret family sauce. And of course, we can’t forget to mention our famous Krug’s Burgers (A local favorite).
